We will spend the year studying different countries around the world using art, culture, language, map work, animal studies, and hands on activities.

The two weeks before Christmas, we will learn about how they celebrate Christmas in different countries using Treehouse School House A Connected Christmas: Around the World.

Get ready for hands-on fun as kids dive into the world of simple machines—the building blocks behind everything from seesaws to ziplines! Each week, they’ll team up to explore one of the six amazing simple machines: levers, pulleys, inclined planes, wedges, screws, and the mighty wheel and axle. Through exciting group projects and creative challenges, they’ll see how these clever tools power the machines we use every day. Let the tinkering and teamwork begin!

Fall semester we will use their Step into Singing curriculumto explore and use our voices properly in fun interactive ways.

We will also be preparing a Christmas concert.

Spring semester we will focus on instrument studies using their An Introduction to Music for Children curriculum.

This movement class is all about fun, friendship, and getting active together. From playful hikes to silly sports and laugh-filled team games, kids will get moving while making awesome memories. It's a relaxed, feel-good time where they can connect, unwind, and build bonds that last—all while staying on the move!
